Verition adds to the Risk and Treasury Senior Leadership teams

We are excited to welcome David Pereira as Chief Risk Officer and Seth Kammerman as Global Head of Funding and Liquidity to Verition’s Senior Leadership Team.

David Pereira, with over 25 years of experience in risk management and trading, joins us from Millennium, where he was Head of Enterprise Risk in Asia. He will lead Verition's global risk management efforts and serve on the Investment Risk Committee.

Seth Kammerman, with over 20 years of experience in financial services, previously served as Head of Central Treasury at Citadel and Citadel Securities. He will oversee all aspects of Treasury management, including liquidity, funding, and counterparty relationships.

Both David and Seth bring deep expertise and leadership to further strengthen our risk management and Treasury functions.

We are excited to announce that we have added several investment team members to Verition’s Senior Leadership team

Jonathan Raiff (“JR”) has joined the Verition team as Head of Fixed Income Strategies, overseeing strategies including Relative Value, Rates, Macro, Foreign Exchange and Structured Products. JR will leverage his decades of experience to drive further enhancements to our investment management processes, while continuing to build out our bench of fixed income strategies which are uncorrelated and complementary to Verition’s broader portfolio.

Marc Talbot has been named Global Head of Institutional Strategy, in addition to his role as Head of Equity Capital Markets. Marc will continue to work closely with our equity teams and our banking partners to enhance our institutional resources to support our growing markets business.

Fergus Taylor has been named Head of Global Volatility Trading and will oversee Verition’s growing global Volatility business encompassing equity, commodity and FX derivatives. Fergus joined Verition in 2021 and brings with him over 20 years’ of experience in equity derivatives and volatility trading, with a strong track record of building businesses and managing investment professionals.

We believe JR, Marc and Fergus are representative of the best in class talent Verition has added to its team over the past few years and we are pleased to welcome them into our leadership team!

THE MANAGER RECOGNIZES THAT INVESTORS IN THE FUNDS ENTRUST THE MANAGER WITH HIGHLY CONFIDENTIAL PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION, AND THE MANAGER UNDERSTANDS THAT PROTECTING AND SAFEGUARDING THIS INFORMATION IS IMPORTANT.

THE MANAGER USES THIS INFORMATION FOR MARKETING PURPOSES AS WELL AS INTERNAL ADMINISTRATION AND ANALYSIS. THE MANAGER DOES NOT DISCLOSE ANY NON-PUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT INVESTORS OR FORMER INVESTORS IN THE FUNDS TO ANY NON-AFFILIATED PARTIES, EXCEPT TO THIRDPARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS WHO ASSIST IN THE OPERATION OF THE MANAGER’S AND THE FUND’S BUSINESS, AS REQUIRED BY LAW, AT THEIR REQUEST OR WITH THEIR CONSENT. FOR THE LIMITED PURPOSES OUTLINED ABOVE, THE MANAGER MAY DISSEMINATE INTERNALLY NON-PUBLIC, PERSONAL INFORMATION CONCERNING INVESTORS. HOWEVER, THE MANAGER WILL USE REASONABLE BEST EFFORTS TO ENSURE THAT SUCH INFORMATION IS TREATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
